These Terms and Conditions should be read together with the Privacy Policy of the Iberbrain website (www.iberbrain.com). In the event of any inconsistency relating to the processing of personal data, the Privacy Policy shall prevail.

These Terms and Conditions govern access to, navigation of and use of the Iberbrain website, as well as the process of submitting registration requests for access to the Iberbrain App.


1. PURPOSE OF THE WEBSITE

The Iberbrain website is intended for informational purposes. It presents the project, its principles, methodologies, programmes and areas of application, while also allowing users to submit a registration request for access to a free demo version of the Iberbrain App.


2. WEBSITE OWNERSHIP

The Iberbrain website is owned and operated by Susana Coutinho, Founder, Creator and Owner of the Iberbrain project.


3. INFORMATIONAL NATURE OF THE WEBSITE

The content available on the Iberbrain website is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical, psychological, clinical, therapeutic or any other personalised professional advice.

The information published on the website may be updated, modified or removed at any time without prior notice.


4. REGISTRATION REQUEST AND DEMO VERSION

The website allows users to submit a registration request to obtain access to a free demo version of the Iberbrain App.

Submitting a registration request:

• does not guarantee automatic acceptance;

• is subject to manual review and validation;

• is intended to verify the authenticity of the email address, the suitability of the request and the intended use of the application.

Iberbrain reserves the right to:

• accept or reject any registration request;

• request additional information;

• reject any registration request without providing justification.


5. CREATION OF AN IBERBRAIN APP ACCOUNT

Only after the registration request has been expressly approved:

• an Iberbrain App account will be created;

• the user will receive an email containing secure access instructions.

Access to and use of the Iberbrain App are subject to its Terms and Conditions of Use, Privacy Policy and, before performing any exercises, acceptance of the Safe Use Declaration.

Authentication is carried out securely using one-time Magic Links sent to the registered email address.


6. USER OBLIGATIONS

The user agrees to:

• provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information;

• not use the website for unlawful, abusive or fraudulent purposes;

• respect copyright, intellectual property rights and all other applicable rights.

Improper use of the website or the submission of false or misleading information may result in rejection of the registration request, suspension of the account creation process or future restrictions on access to Iberbrain services.


7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property rights relating to the Iberbrain website belong to Susana Coutinho, unless otherwise stated.

Protected elements include, but are not limited to:

• website design and structure;

• texts and educational content;

• logos, trademarks and visual identity;

• graphics, icons and images;

• downloadable materials; • software components;

• databases;

• documentation.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, made publicly available or commercially exploited without Iberbrain's prior written consent.

Use of the website does not confer upon the user any ownership or intellectual property rights over the website or its contents.


8. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

The website may include third-party content such as images, icons, music or other digital resources.

Where applicable, such content is used under Creative Commons licences or other legally authorised licences. Where required, attribution is provided, including, where applicable: author; title; source; licence type; and a link or reference to the applicable licence.

• technical problems affecting the user's device;

• errors caused by third parties;

• force majeure events or other circumstances beyond Iberbrain's reasonable control.

Use of the website is at the user's own risk, without prejudice to any rights granted under mandatory applicable law.
