The Challenge
🔴 Activity centres, senior universities and recreational clubs are often looking for activities that promote mental stimulation, social participation and new learning experiences — while also encouraging people to stay physically active.

How to Get Started
It isn't a choice between plans — it's a choice about how your group learns the base symbols. After that, practice is always the same: individual, in the Platform, at their own pace.
Individual
Full autonomy through the Iberbrain Platform.
● No real-time facilitator is required. ● Participants receive initial guidance from Susana Coutinho and learn the programme through structured tutorials. ● After onboarding, each participant can practise independently, at their own pace, through the Platform. ● Individual access to the Iberbrain Platform for independent practice, subject to the centre licence.
Online Workshops
Sessions with an online facilitator.
● Live group sessions led by Susana Coutinho, with the frequency agreed with the centre. ● Participants learn the basic symbols and practise the fundamentals of RGM together, in real time. ● Additional sessions can be added on request, depending on the centre's needs. ● Available internationally, subject to feasibility. ● Up to 40 participants per session, depending on the available space and setup. ● After each session, participants can continue practising independently through their individual access to the Iberbrain Platform, subject to the centre licence.
On-site Workshops
Sessions with an in-person facilitator.
● A structured programme with on-site group sessions led by Susana Coutinho. ● Programme duration and session frequency can be tailored to the needs of each centre. ● Participants learn the basic symbols and practise the fundamentals of RGM together, in real time. ● Available internationally, subject to feasibility and logistics costs. ● Up to 40 participants per session, depending on the available space and setup. ● After each session, participants can continue practising independently through their individual access to the Iberbrain Platform, subject to the centre licence.
